  • MetroNational is a privately-held real estate investment, development and management company which owns and manages 8.9 million square feet of commercial real estate primarily on a 260-acre campus known as Memorial City (the largest contiguous privately-owned mixed-use development in Houston with +/- 4 million square feet of Class A office space, a 1.7 million square foot super-regional retail center, multi-family residences, the Memorial City Westin Hotel, and Memorial Herman Memorial City Medical Center).
  • Vice President in charge of planning, design and construction of all capital projects for company.
  • Responsibilities include: managing planning, construction and interiors departments; and, oversight of all construction projects ranging from small retail tenant build-outs to commercial office tenant build-outs to ground-up construction of large office complexes between 333,000 and more than 600,000 square feet.
